Making Custom Mobile Device Covers
We offer a wide supply of mobile device accessories that allow you to make an amazing array of cases and covers for the most popular tech toys out there. Here’s a quick and easy tutorial on how to create your very own through small format sublimation!
Choose between a blank iPad, iPhone, iPad Touch, Kindle or Samsung Galaxy cover.
Use the template on the particular page that corresponds with the product you are using and design your image to fit into the correct space.
Use a small format sublimation printer with Sawgrass ink to print out your images.
Attach your image to the substrate using thermal tape in order to ensure that your image does not move during the pressing process, which could possibly cause blurring or ghosting.
Use a heat press to transfer the image to mobile device blank.
The final iPhone, iPad covers, etc., are bright and beautiful. Anybody would love to have their own custom case for their cell phone, tablet or e-reader!
